Just to let you know about the latest blog I am reading…
Check out the great new blog that features Thai cooking. I have had Thai food in the past and love the taste; it’s just hard to come by in my area right now. So that is what makes TastyThaiCooking look like it could be a winner. Real Thai food from someone who grew up with it. The recipes I have seen don’t look too complicated and are probably ones passed down from generation to generation. How much more authentic can you get?
The satay looks like something three out of four of us would try at my house (realize that we have one vegetarian and the satay involves chicken…) so next week I am adding it to the menu lineup. I’ll post a review with all of the opinions, whatever they may be.
